The formula features a Tri-Protein System containing hydrolysed keratin, silk protein and wheat protein. These proteins help support hair strength, condition, volume and shine throughout the professional permanent waving process.

This version of the AVEC Pro Protein Wave system is formulated for suitable tinted and colour-treated hair. A professional hair and scalp assessment must always be completed before use to determine the condition, porosity, elasticity and chemical history of the hair.

Do not assume that every type of colour-treated hair is suitable for perming. Severely lightened, excessively porous, fragile, breaking or incompatible chemically treated hair must not be permed.

Non-Ammonia Formula

Directions for Use

1. Read the complete manufacturer's instructions and safety information before beginning the service.
2. Carry out a professional consultation and assess the condition, porosity, elasticity, colour history and suitability of the hair and scalp.
3. Complete all required compatibility, elasticity and preliminary tests in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
4. Shampoo and prepare the hair as directed, avoiding unnecessary irritation of the scalp.
5. Towel-dry the hair and wind it evenly onto suitable perm rods using professional end papers.
6. Add the complete activator to the perm lotion only when instructed and prepare the mixture according to the enclosed directions.
7. Wear suitable protective gloves and protect the client's skin and clothing.
8. Apply the prepared lotion evenly to the wound rods without allowing the product to run onto the skin or into the eyes.
9. Process for the time specified in the current manufacturer's instructions, checking the development as directed.
10. Do not exceed the recommended processing time or apply additional heat unless specifically instructed.
11. Rinse the hair thoroughly while the rods remain in place and carefully blot away excess water.
12. Apply the neutraliser evenly and leave it for the specified time.
13. Remove the rods carefully and complete the neutralising process according to the instructions supplied.
14. Rinse thoroughly and finish the hair using suitable professional aftercare products.
15. Dispose of any remaining mixed or activated product safely. Never store it for later use.
