How to Use

1. Assess the condition, starting depth and colour history of the hair before beginning the service.

3. Mix 1 part Easily Blond 2020 Bleaching Powder with 1 part appropriate Oxily 2020 Developer.
4. Blend thoroughly until a smooth and uniform consistency is achieved.

6. For regrowth applications, apply only to the new growth and avoid overlapping previously lightened hair.
